A good pair of faux lashes (my current ones are Kiss Faux Mink) will last a month or two as long as I take care of them. I recently had a friend ask me what my care routine is, so I thought I would share it on here!
At the end of the day my lashes are “dirty” from the glue, mascara, and other eye makeup I wear.
With warm water and a pea sized amount of facial cleanser, I gently clean each strip.
After they dry on a paper towel, I carefully remove the glue that is left on the strip. It usually peels off in one piece if I hold onto the bulk of the lashes while I do it.
If you clean an old mascara brush, it makes the perfect lash comb.
After combing the lashes, place them back in the container. It’s important to keep the lash form that they come on so they can maintain their shape. Doing this every couple of wears keeps my lashes fresh and fluttery!
