5 of My Favorite Workouts


Time isn’t a factor with Tone It Up’s hiit workouts. Just 15 to 20 minutes and I am sweaty and sore. I aim to do four workouts a week, and squeezing on of these in on a busy day helps me achieve that goal. Plus Karena and Katrina are funny and entertaining, making working out not seem like such a daunting task. Here are my two favorite videos:
