My Skincare Routine For A Better Complexion

The condition of my skin has always been a dead giveaway of how well I have been taking care of myself (or lack there of.) Below I am going to share my skincare routine when I want to get my complexion back on track.

The last few weeks I have had a little too much stress, dessert, fast food, wine, and not enough sleep. It finally took a toll resulting in a new break out everyday. My first step to undo the damage was to oil pull with organic coconut oil. Not only is it good for cleansing toxins from your system, but also for your gums and teeth. Since dairy products irritate my skin, I also use coconut oil as a butter substitute!

I normally drink a good amount of water each day, and incorporating a few mugs of my favorite tea helps hydrate and cleanse my system even more. Teavana’s Infuser Mug makes it quick and easy to brew my favorite loose leaf blends.

This mask is my go-to for the cold months! I use it on my face and body , and it soothes and softens my skin without drying it out. It is similar to my favorite face mask found here!
