This year I wanted to go beyond carving up the quintessential jack-o-lantern, and instead made an assortment of metallic, white, and pink pumpkins and gourds. It was very simple, and a bit messy, but totally worth it! All it took was three cans of spray paint, masking tape, cotton balls, and a well ventilated area*. These look great for outside displays, or a chic autumn table setting. They could even be handed out as favors at your upcoming holiday celebrations. These fancy pumpkins just might be a new tradition for me.
*Be sure to wear gloves when spray painting. I made the mistake of doing it bare handed…..messy!
